Tulip Background #1

There are 5 pieces in this series developed for the background in Tulip Basket. It begins with this, the lightest and with each subsequent piece they get darker and there are subtle color variations also. It makes for a beautiful background with lots of movement. This piece has subtle splashes of dark red.

Wool Yardage for Basket of Tulips background: for cuts 6 or smaller approximately 1 fat + 3 slims of each color, for 8 cut or larger approximately 1/2 yard of each color. It will ultimately depend on if you pack or not and how high you hook.
