Tulip Background # 2

Here is the 2nd in the series developed for the background of my pattern Basket of Tulips. This background is well loved! There are 5 values from light to darker and with each variation there is a slight change in the dye amounts. Some will have a bit more purple, more subtle splashes of color. They blend beautifully creating a very interesting background with good movement. They are listed from light to darker.

Wool Yardage for Basket of Tulips background: for cuts 6 or smaller approximately 1 fat + 3 slims of each color, for 8 cut or larger approximately 1/2 yard of each color. It will ultimately depend on if you pack or not and how high you hook.
